En 2009 comienzo mi formación y trabajo como guía de Madrid actualmente soy guía oficial, habilitada en inglés y francés como idiomas secundarios.
Colaboro con distintas empresas del sector como Tour Time Madrid, soy miembro de AJG, Asociación de Jóvenes guías https://www.ajgturmadrid.com/.

Mi objetivo es que el cliente tenga un trato personalizado, que se sienta exclusivo, que disfrute la experiencia.
Este trabajo es vocacional, mis compañeros guías y yo lo entendemos así. Desde luego nada hay más reconfortante que mostrar tu ciudad, pasar un rato agradable con un grupo de gente y que te lo agradezcan. Cada día es un reto por ofrecer un servicio de calidad, personalizado y hacer que nos recuerden los clientes con una sonrisa.
Se que cuando el guía transmite la pasión por su trabajo, la experiencia para el cliente cambia. Me siento afortunada por trabajar en lo que más me gusta, en cierto modo, embajadora de esta maravillosa ciudad, Madrid.
